All of your favorite taco flavors come together with these Loaded Vegan Taco Fries. A fun game day snack or quick dinner.
Football season is upon us. And even if you don’t partake in watching the game, you can at least enjoy some yummy game day food.
And what if I told you that you can combine multiple snacks into one? That’s exactly what you’ll get with these Loaded Vegan Taco Fries.
Seasoned curly fries are topped with all kinds of goodies.
I decided to use red onions, corn, jalapeños, black beans, cilantro, tomato, lime juice and avocado. And to top it all off, a drizzle of vegan ranch.
This is a totally versatile meal. Use whatever toppings you have on hand.
I also have a confession. I may have used frozen french fries. Let’s pause here to *gasp*
But sometimes you need things to be easy. Plus seasoned curly fries are freaking delicious! If you have the time, make the fries from scratch. I would recommend my Baked Sweet Potato Fries.
Whether you eat these on your own, or share them with friends, just be sure you MAKE them. They are quick, simple and so delicious!
